Warranty
All of our products come with a full one year’s replacement-parts warranty. If on a very rare occasion a problem does arise, please contact our friendly support team via telephone and we will gladly assist you with your query. We usually stock the replacement parts so if a part is required we will ship out the necessary part the next day via DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Returns
All our items come with a 7 day return policy upon receipt. If there is no fault found on inspection upon return of the item, you will be partially refunded. The customer is responsible to pay the return charge for the item. If the item has a genuine fault then the shipping charge will be refunded back to the customer.
Injury
We will not be held liable for any injury that may be caused by using any of our Treadmills or any other of our products we have for sale.
